We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Recruitment Team in managing the company's recruitment functions. This role offers substantial growth potential, enabling you to develop your internal recruitment skills and assume responsibility for your own area within the recruitment function over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment and coordination for junior roles, with potential to oversee senior roles in the future.
- Maintaining and updating YouLend's Applicant Tracking System (Workable) to ensure accurate reporting of recruitment data.
- Keeping the recruitment team informed about candidate contacts and progress at each stage of recruitment via Workable and Teams.
- Managing interview scheduling, including booking in-person and online interviews, and updating the office team about candidate visits.
- Overseeing administrative tasks, such as creating and editing job advertisements and email templates in the ATS.
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment tasks.
For this role, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000, plus a £8,000 bonus split quarterly and based on performance. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, EAP with Health Assured, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and a modern office space in Central London.
