Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Higher People LTD is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that operates multiple brands across the UK and internationally. You will be part of a good-sized Marketing team, working closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support sales and service.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and increasing lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on website performance, using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Optimize website content, including metadata, URLs, and internal linking structure.
  • Manage PPC and CPC campaigns to maximize effectiveness and achieve the best ROI from paid advertising.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • A proven track-record of creating and delivering marketing campaigns to support sales and service.
  • A qualification in Marketing, English, or another business-related degree (or relevant marketing qualification).
  • Excellent writing skills, as content production is a huge part of the job.
  • Be results-driven and have a portfolio of demonstrable success with campaign ROI.
  • Experience of using a web CMS and previous experience of using HubSpot is highly advantageous.
