Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize website content, including metadata, URLs, and internal linking structure
- Monitor and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Manage PPC and CPC campaigns to maximize effectiveness and achieve the best ROI from paid advertising
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly
- Proven track-record of creating and delivering marketing campaigns to support sales and service
- Qualification in Marketing, English, or another business-related degree (or relevant marketing qualification)
- Excellent writing skills, as content production is a huge part of the job
- Results-driven with a portfolio of demonstrable success with campaign ROI
- Experience of using a web CMS and previous experience of using HubSpot is highly advantageous
- Driving license
- Technically strong in website management, SEO, PPC, and CPC
- Minimum of three years in a digital marketing role
- Experience of using various tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, etc
- Proven track record of successful SEO strategies implementation
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems, HTML, Google Search Console, and Social Media Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
