About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
- Optimize and improve the performance of our e-commerce channels, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continually improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement targeted user journeys and automation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry developments to ensure our business remains competitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on digital growth and channel optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or WordPress.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution and the challenges of assigning ROAS to acquisition.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
