In this rewarding role as Care-at-Home Manager, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families. You will oversee a team of professionals and lead by example in creating a culture of compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on managing staff and resources to deliver outstanding care and ensuring every resident enjoys a fulfilling life. You will work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead and other departments to maintain high standards and exceed expectations.

  • Manage staff and resources effectively to achieve high-quality care outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote person-centered care and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in care management, preferably in a nursing home setting.
  • An excellent understanding of CQC standards and the ability to work towards achieving 'Outstanding' ratings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
