About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at Hilton Community Services Ltd. This role involves providing regular and intensive day-to-day support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives and make their own choices.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred support, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless support 24 hours a day. You will also maintain accurate records of service user progress and development, and participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
