Job OverviewWe are seeking a Learning Disability Support Specialist to join our team in providing supported living services. The successful candidate will work closely with service users to promote independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily tasks and promote independence
- Develop and implement individualised support plans
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
