About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and flexible individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular support and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities in all aspects of their daily lives.
  • Encourage independence and promote choice-making skills.
  • Foster positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, education).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
