Community Living Support Worker

We are looking for a Community Living Support Worker to join our team at Hilton Community Services Ltd.
The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and be able to provide high-quality, person-centred support.
As a Community Living Support Worker, you will work closely with individuals to create personalised care plans, support with daily living tasks, and encourage independence and autonomy.
Our estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
