About the Role

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced professionals, providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities in their communities. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans, working closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £25,430 per annum (Scale G), plus a range of benefits including local government pension scheme contributions, life assurance, and access to professional development opportunities.

Progression Opportunities

The supported Assistant Practitioner post (Grade F) may be offered to the right candidate, who would then be required to complete our comprehensive development programme. Successful completion of the programme would enable progression to the Assistant Practitioner (Grade G) role, offering further career advancement opportunities within the organization.
