We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Support Specialist. As part of this role, you will support a mother and her son in Blakeney, North Norfolk, with their daily needs and activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the family during the weekdays.
  • Accompanying the son to football club on Tuesdays and park visits on Fridays.
  • Assisting the mother with outings during school holidays.

The successful candidate will work up to 8 hours a week at a competitive hourly rate of £15.00. They must also undergo an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, provide two professional references, and complete a 6-month probationary period.

Key Attributes
  • Experience of working with children who have Autism.
  • Valid driving license with business insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of empathy and understanding.
