About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EPR Programme Recruitment Officer to join our team at Summer-Browning Associates Limited. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Manager in supervising staff and managing recruitment processes on behalf of our clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Recruitment Manager in supervising staff and managing recruitment processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff dealing with recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Experience of staff supervision and management.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of EPR systems (desirable).
