About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EPR Programme Recruitment Officer to join our team at Summer Browning. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Recruitment Manager and supervising staff involved in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Recruitment Manager in overseeing the recruitment process for the EPR Programme.
  • Supervise staff dealing with recruitment processes on behalf of the Divisions/Departments.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, with a strong background in recruitment processes.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.
  • NVQ Level 3/ECDL/CLAIT or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of EPR systems is desirable.
