About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EPR Programme Recruitment Officer to join our team at Summer Browning. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Recruitment Manager and supervising staff involved in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Recruitment Manager in overseeing the recruitment process for the EPR Programme.
  • Supervise staff members responsible for recruitment activities on behalf of the Divisions/Departments.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes, adhering to NHS guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, with a strong background in recruitment processes.
  • Excellent understanding of NHS recruitment guidelines and regulations.
  • Experience in staff supervision and management.
  • NVQ Level 3/ECDL/CLAIT or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of EPR systems (desirable).
