Job Title: EPR Programme Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a skilled EPR Programme Recruitment Officer to join our team at Summer-Browning Associates.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Manager in supervising staff dealing with recruitment processes on behalf of the Divisions/Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of staff dealing with recruitment processes.
  • Provide support to the Recruitment Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of EPR systems and recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Broad experience working within the NHS.
  • Understanding and experience of recruitment processes.
  • Experience of staff supervision.
  • NVQ Level 3/ECDL/CLAIT or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of EPR systems (Desirable).
