Legal Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Glasgow or Edinburgh, working on Private Client cases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload, collaborating with Solicitors, and providing support to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize casework, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Solicitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Collaborate with senior staff members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paralegal in a Private Client environment.
- Strong understanding of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications and professional certifications.
