Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant Trainee to join our client's finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing tax payments, and organizing internal and external audits.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and compliant with financial regulations.
- Tax Management: Process and manage tax payments, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Audit Support: Organize and support internal and external audits, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential systems and processes, and analyze financial trends to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Develop and present monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Financial Systems: Work closely with the accounting team to develop and implement financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to accurately record, store, and analyze financial data, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional Qualifications: Be studying for professional accounting qualifications, such as ACCA or CIMA.
- Financial Experience: Demonstrate experience in a similar financial role within a relevant sector.
- Accounting Software: Possess proficiency in accounting software, including data analysis and reporting.
- Time Management: Exhibit exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Financial Knowledge: Display a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
