TRO - Targeted Retail Sales Strategist
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum.

The Targeted Retail Sales Strategist is responsible for driving the sales performance and growth of TRO within the assigned region. This role involves managing a team of retail sales staff operating in key account and independent retailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize Ploom heated tobacco product penetration in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities include fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging innovation, inquisitive mindsets, and continuous improvement, conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance, and taking ownership and lead regular team meetings to discuss sales performance, share best practices, and address any challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and execute targeted sales plans.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to develop and execute targeted sales plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of category and regulatory requirements related to tobacco products is an asset.

Salary:
£18.50 per hour (8 hours per day, 5 days a week). Laptop and Phone provided for work and business use. Business and Travel Expenses – Reimbursed Mileage – Paid at the rate of 0.34p per mile.
