Lead Our Residential Service in Barton-upon-humber

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to oversee our residential service in Barton-upon-humber. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to achieve positive outcomes for our service users.
