We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director to join our team at Voyage Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential service in Barton-upon-humber and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans and conducting care needs assessments.
- Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings and completing quarterly audits and reports.
- Effectively manage the service's budget and ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements.
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
