About the Role:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Barton-upon-Humber. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to promote independence and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care professionals.
  • Manage the service's budget, ensuring regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Lead a team to promote a culture of excellence, respect, and empathy in the care sector.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
