Join Our Team as a Nights Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nights Team Leader to join our team at Options Roxby House in Roxby, North Lincolnshire.

About the Role

As a Nights Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, and working as a proactive role model within the team.

Roxby House is a specialist residential service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality support and accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care – Adults or equivalent
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire
