Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our ETF Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support and administrative roles within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the ETF Sales team, including client relationship management and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requests and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • You are a self-starter, willing to learn and take on additional tasks.
  • You ideally have previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within the financial services industry.
  • An understanding of ETFs and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
