About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Robeco Investment Engineers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our ETF products to UK clients, creating awareness of this new capability and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a sales and marketing strategy to build awareness of Robeco ETFs in collaboration with the UK Wholesale Sales team and UK Marketing Manager.
  2. Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and educational seminars to inform clients and build awareness of Robeco ETFs.
  3. Provide market intelligence and training on our ETF products and capability to sales teams, empowering them to support the growth of this business line.
  4. Support ETF sales activities in other markets as needed.
  5. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products/positioning, and regulatory developments relevant to ETFs.
  6. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that appropriate materials are available to support ETF sales.
  7. Keep CRM systems up to date and ensure that appropriate information is available to support sales reporting and forecasts.

Requirements

  1. Extensive experience in an ETF Sales role, with a focus on the UK market.
  2. Strong client relationships and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and new business development.
