About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Robeco Investment Engineers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our ETF products to UK clients, creating awareness of this new capability and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a sales and marketing strategy to build awareness of Robeco ETFs in collaboration with the UK Wholesale Sales team and UK Marketing Manager.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and educational seminars to inform clients and build awareness of Robeco ETFs.
- Provide market intelligence and training on our ETF products and capability to sales teams, empowering them to support the growth of this business line.
- Support ETF sales activities in other markets as needed.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products/positioning, and regulatory developments relevant to ETFs.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that appropriate materials are available to support ETF sales.
- Keep CRM systems up to date and ensure that appropriate information is available to support sales reporting and forecasts.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an ETF Sales role, with a focus on the UK market.
- Strong client relationships and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and new business development.
