Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to the Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  2. Provide financial analysis and reporting to the Executive team, including financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  3. Manage and oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reports.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, donors, and other external partners.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including SORP/Charity Accounting.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  5. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical standards.
