    A Westbury-based charity is seeking a Chief Finance Officer to lead their financial operations and contribute to the organization's overall strategy. As a key member of the executive team, this position requires a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can provide expert guidance on financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning.

  1.     Lead the finance function, developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the charity's financial resources are managed effectively.
  2.     Provide financial guidance to the executive team, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning to drive the organization's goals.
  3.     Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the charity's financial stability and security.
  4.     Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and other financial information to support the executive team's planning and decision-making.
  5.     Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funding organizations, donors, and other external partners, to ensure the charity's financial needs are met.
  6.     Act as a key member of the executive team, providing financial expertise and supporting the development of the charity's overall strategy.

    Requirements

  1.     Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a strong track record of financial management and strategic planning.
  2.     Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3.     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  4.     Highly developed financial management skills, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and guidelines.
  5.     Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  6.     A strong commitment to the charity's values and mission, with the ability to communicate the charity's vision and goals to stakeholders.
