About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Ilford Gym. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
  • Ensure the pool area is safe and clean, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
