Overview of Responsibilities:- Lead, develop, and implement comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) management programs aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with HS&E standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to all levels of the organization on HS&E matters, fostering a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement and maintain robust HS&E systems.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in HS&E management within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Experience in developing and delivering HS&E training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH qualifications, and experience with ISO 14001/18001.
