Academic Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support students' learning as a Supply Classroom Assistant. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in education, developing their skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and student support.
About the RoleThe Supply Classroom Assistant will work closely with teachers to ensure a safe and productive learning environment when the teacher is absent. This includes:
- Maintaining a well-organized and tidy classroom space
- Assisting with lesson planning and implementation to meet the needs of students
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Effective communication with teachers and school staff to ensure seamless collaboration
- Confidentiality and adherence to school policies at all times

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
