Facilities Management System Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Property Data Officer to join our team and support the implementation and management of our new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding the CAFM system to support the management of the council's non-housing property assets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with CAFM or similar property management software, and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You must be comfortable managing competing priorities, solving problems, and helping others get the best out of the CAFM system.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and management of the CAFM system
- Provide training to staff on the CAFM system
- Optimise system use to support compliance, maintenance, and operational efficiency
