Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioners/Clinical Nurse Specialists with extensive experience in Haematology/Oncology to join our team at Medpace, Inc. as a Clinical Lead. This role will involve working closely with our physicians to support clinical research studies, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Expertise: Serve as a key clinical resource for the study team, providing expert guidance on Haematology/Oncology-related matters.
  • Study Support: Collaborate with study physicians to ensure seamless execution of clinical research studies.
  • Education and Training: Develop and implement educational materials for team members on Haematology/Oncology therapeutic indications.
  • Protocol Development: Contribute to the development and review of study protocols, ensuring scientific, clinical, and patient safety considerations.
  • New Business Development: Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in Haematology/Oncology.
  • Data Review: Participate in the review of study data to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead/participate/present in discussions at key study meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Masters or doctorate degree in nursing, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Registration: Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and NMC pin number.
  • Experience: Significant experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist in Haematology/Oncology.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Clinical Research Experience: Preferred experience in clinical research, with evidence of autonomous clinical or research work at senior level.
