Cosmetics Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the Store/ Retail/ Business Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store/ Retail/ Business Manager in leading, coaching and developing the team of Retail Artists.
- Contribute to creating inspirational in-store events and drawing success from them.
- Be accountable for the smooth running of the store.
Requirements
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
