We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Fuel Store Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). They will also be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and work independently under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (negotiable on experience), plus a range of benefits, including:
