London, Greater London, United Kingdom Grõ Careers Full time

Gro Careers presents an exciting opportunity for experienced Architects to collaborate with a renowned UK architectural design studio known for its forward-thinking approach, positive work culture, and commitment to professional growth.

As an architect, you'll be part of a unique work environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. Your day begins with a short commute to a central London office, easily accessible from several nearby underground stations.

The studio's sleek, modernist design offers a workspace that feels like a boutique hotel. The space has been crafted with care, designed to energise creativity and foster collaboration. You'll pass through the open-plan workspace, bathed in natural light and designed with flexibility in mind, until you reach a desk that takes your fancy today.

This is not just an office; it's a place where every detail has been considered to inspire your best work.

You'll be working on some of the UK's most prestigious architectural projects as part of a dynamic team. Team sizes vary, and collaboration is key. Whether you're working in a tight-knit group of 3-5 or a larger team of 20+, you'll be involved in projects that are as challenging as they are rewarding.

The firm prides itself on its mentorship culture, where learning and professional development are embedded in everyday practice. You'll have access to seasoned architects who are eager to share their expertise, and in turn, you'll be expected to mentor junior colleagues.

This is a studio that believes in open communication and transparency. Promotion pathways are clear and internal mobility is encouraged, rewarding loyalty and performance with career advancement.

To meet growing demand, the studio is now looking to bring on Qualified Architects who can:

  • Bring strong UK project experience, ideally on medium to large-scale projects ranging from £5m to £50m.
  • Be proficient in Revit on live BIM projects.
  • Demonstrate leadership when necessary, but also operate autonomously.
  • Embrace the teaching culture, supporting less experienced colleagues.
  • Deliver design and technical packages for high-end projects.

You'll be joining a studio that is as invested in your growth as you are. With a competitive salary ranging from £48,500 to £55,000, depending on your experience and the autonomy you bring to the role, you will also benefit from annual bonuses typically between £3,000 and £8,000.

And while the studio offers flexible working arrangements with 1-2 days of remote work per week, we have a feeling you'll want to spend as much time as possible in this remarkable environment.
