Project Architect Opportunity in Chelsea, London
Hunter Dunning, a leading architecture recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team. Located in the heart of Chelsea, London, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-end residential projects with a prestigious client base.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Architect to lead medium to large-scale residential projects from RIBA stages 0-7. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience post Part-III and a proven track record of working on high-profile, newly built residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Liaise with contractors and clients
- Demonstrate flexibility between projects
- Contract administration responsibilities
- Ensure work is produced and delivered to a high standard and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience post Part-III
- A minimum of 3 years' UK experience working in professional practice
- Proven experience working on medium to large scale high-end residential projects + grade listed buildings (ideally within prime London locations)
- Experience working on high-profile, newly built residences, would also be hugely beneficial
- Strong job running ability
- Have client-facing experience
- Fluent use of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
