About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Administrator to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Cleaning Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and activity attributed to the day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Services department.
  • Assist with the control and allocation of porterage jobs, ensuring work is distributed and completed in line with our service level agreement.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including office-based work and supporting with other tasks on Park.

Requirements
  • Previous experience of working within a large team.
  • The ability to work at pace and under pressure whilst remaining organized.
  • Experience of planning and organizing operational tasks, stock control, and managing budgets.
  • Confidence in dealing with Guest concerns, with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy, and understanding.
