About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Lidl GB. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
  • Operate industrial cleaning machinery and equipment
  • Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
  • Ensure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are upheld

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
