About the Role

Zest Education is recruiting for an Education Support Worker to support students with special educational needs in schools around West Bromwich. As an Education Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to students, assisting teachers with lesson delivery, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Conduct regular progress checks and maintain accurate records of student achievement.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and engagement.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 months' experience working in a SEND school or care-based setting within the last 5 years.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Health & Social Care Level 3.

Salary and Benefits:
  • An attractive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
