Autism Spectrum Condition Teaching Assistant

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
• Providing emotional and educational support to pupils with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and mental health development
• Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and contributing to ongoing assessments and evaluations
• Participating in staff training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN support
• Building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach
