Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Support Professional to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. This temporary position involves working as a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant, providing support to children with autism and other special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting pupils with a range of needs, knowledge of successful engagement strategies, and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Flexibility with timetabling and daily routines
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Key Requirements:

We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 - £23,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus 30 days annual leave (pro rata), and access to FREE online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training.
