SEN Teaching Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Support Worker to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd in Birmingham. As an HLTA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the school team to implement adaptive teaching methods and support the academic development of students with SEMH needs.
This role involves planning and delivering targeted SEND interventions to support social skills development and monitoring student progress. Key responsibilities include:
