Job Title: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School in Acocks, Birmingham
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Estimated £26,000-£31,000 per annum
Description:
- Work 1:1 with a pupil who has SEN needs
- Create a safe learning environment for the pupil and other pupils in the class
- Ensure the pupil remains focused on lesson plans
- Adapt support methods based on the pupil's mood each day
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing situations
