Support Students with Special Educational Needs
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to support children with special educational needs at a welcoming primary school in West Bromwich. As a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students to help them overcome challenges and succeed academically.
About the Role
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone pursuing a career in SEN teaching, educational psychology, or speech and language therapy. You will earn up to £550 per week and be based in West Bromwich with excellent public transport links.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students 1:1 and in small groups, helping with both academic learning and personal development
- Foster academic and personal growth in a nurturing environment
- Work closely with experienced teachers to gain valuable hands-on experience
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology or similar subjects
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping each child thrive
- No prior experience in working with children is required, but it is beneficial
