We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Larks Hill Junior and Infant School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and personal needs of our pupils, working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils' learning and attending to their personal needs in the classroom and across the school.
  • Assisting with the preparation, planning, and implementation of individual and group learning activities and intervention programmes.
  • Working with pupils who have additional needs, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
