About the Role

We are seeking outstanding Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated school team at High Well School, a Special School catering for pupils with complex and vulnerable needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning of our students, providing personalized support and specialist teaching to enable them to re-engage in learning and develop their social and emotional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general support with learning activities, including organizing teaching equipment and ensuring it is in safe working order.
  • Support the positive management of behaviour, interventions, and reward.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver personalized learning plans and support the development of secure relationships between pupils and staff.
