About the Role

The Pharmacist Network is seeking a highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist to support the smooth running of day-to-day activities for GP practices across the UK.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role, helping to resolve medication-related issues, utilizing skill mix, and ensuring better access to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support practice staff with prescription and medication queries
  • Help support the repeat prescription system and deal with acute prescription requests
  • Carry out prescribing audits and medicines safety alerts
  • Support with Medication Reviews

Requirements:

  • Primary care and/or GP practice experience
  • Experience using clinical systems Emis / System1
  • Independent prescribing qualification
