Job Title: Hospital / Ward Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospital / Ward Administrator to join our team at Kent and Medway Orthopaedic Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clinical staff, patients, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Trauma and Orthopaedic department, including handling notes and other administrative tasks.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer care to a wide range of client groups, including patients, relatives, and their careers.
  • Collect, investigate, verify, and record patient demographic and treatment data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enter information on the computerised patient information system to ensure the trust receives the appropriate level of income for patient activity.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide patient-centred care.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new Kent and Medway Orthopaedic Centre team at Maidstone Hospital. As part of our new Centre, you will be part of a national scheme to deliver more than 50 new surgical hubs across England.

Requirements:

Working Hours:

This role will include Saturday and late working until 8pm on a rotational basis.
