Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our regional team, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategy and supporting the sales team in achieving our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support the regional Sales team and National Marketing Manager in developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives quality leads and adequate footfall.
  2. Perform regular audits of all digital collateral, including web pages, social media, and portals, to ensure brand compliance and accuracy.
  3. Assist the sales team in ensuring new plot releases are correctly uploaded to the Gleeson website and portals.
  4. Support the sales teams in the formation and execution of Home of the Week, Featured Home, and stock plot campaigns across all digital channels and portals.
  5. Attend weekly meetings with sales to discuss lead performance and provide recommendations for upcoming activity.
  6. Work closely with National Marketing Manager to support strategic planning and forward-thinking on focus developments.
  7. Assist the regional team in organizing regional development and community events, including show home openings and charitable endeavors.
  8. Support the implementation of Gleeson's Community Matters Programme throughout the region.
  9. Conduct regular development visits to ensure brand compliance and the status of stock plots and featured homes.
  10. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including sales colleagues and RMD, to ensure awareness of campaigns, strategies, and Community Matters-related activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proficient communicator with strong copywriting skills.
  2. Good stakeholder management skills.
  3. Able to prioritize effectively with good timekeeping.
  4. Knowledge of the house building and/or construction industry.
  5. UK driving license.
