Teaching Support Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our school community.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced educators to provide specialized support to students with complex needs. This role offers opportunities for growth, development, and making a positive impact on students' lives.
Salary: approximately £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Support students with special educational needs in a mainstream classroom environment, using evidence-based practices and adaptations.
- Contribute to the creation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring student progress and achievement.
- Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and care.
