Overview

Our school is committed to delivering exceptional education to learners with high-functioning ASC, and we are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our students.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000 - £38,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting learners across KS1-KS4 on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
  • Maintaining open communication with parents and carers regarding student progress
  • Actively participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and school training events

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Resilience, compassion, and dedication to supporting SEN learners
  • Prior care or education experience (desirable)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
